Return Policy

B-SIDE takesevery order with serious attitude, every item will be reviewed repeatedlybefore the order is shipped.

If your productis damaged when you received, please connect us through the website or FACEBOOK ,we will reply as soon as possible.

 

 

RETUN


1. Our policy lasts for 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase,unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.

2. Items should be returned new, unused,and with all designer garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged,soiled, or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

3. You will be responsible for payingfor your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs arenon-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will bededucted from your refund.

4. All socks, cleaning supplies, or personalitems are not returnable due to hygiene issues.

5.You should consider using a trackableshipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that wewill receive your returned item.

6. Once your return is received andinspected, We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refundwill be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your creditcard or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
