Delivery Policy

【Shipping Method Overseas】

    The parcel will be shipped within 3-5 working days after the order status is changed to .

    We will update the tracking number in the order, please notice **Confirmed E-MAIL** of the shipment notification.



    ‧ Shipping Method And Notice：

      1. SF Express Freight Collect：


          ‧ Area：HK&MO, CN. Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea


               ‧  Please note that you will be required to pay a tariff and shipping fee to the SF Express in that area, and our website will not charge you fees.


      2.  SF Express Freight Prepaid：  


          ‧ Area：U.K. ,Canada, U.S. , Japan, Germany, French, Australia


          ‧ The shipping fee must be paid first. You will need to pay tariff  while the item arrives.You must keep track of your email or contact us through this website to make sure there is no problem with the shipment.



【Shipping Method In Taiwan】

    The parcel will be shipped within 3-5 working days after the order status is changed to .

    As we cannot confirm whether your cell phone is set to block SMS, please be sure to check **E-MAIL** for the arrival notification.



    ‧ Shipping Method And Notice：

     1.  7-11 Cash on Delivery / Pick up： 


          ‧ If the parcel are not picked up for more than 7 days and returned, you must send message through the website or Facebook or Instagram and transfer the previous shipping fee 60 NTD to the certain bank account, then the parcel will be delievered again.

            **Please inform our customer service if you want the parcel be delivered again**.

            **If the parcel returned without being picked up, it will be restock on the website within 3days without any annoucement**.


          ‧  Please provide us with your "real name" in order to pick-up. If the parcel is not picked up and returned, we will contact you directly at the cell phone number you left.

            **Pre-orders are placed with the factory after confirming the total quantity, no cancellation or return is allowed**.


     2. T-CAT Express


          ‧ With T-CAT Express, if the order is placed before 12:00 p.m. , the item will be shipped in the same day; if not, it will be shipped on the next day.


            **After the parcel is shipped, the order status will be changed to shipped and the item will arrive on the next day**

            **Free shipping discount is not for T-CAT Express , and the shipping fee is calculated by weight **
